3. Developments in the 1900's

In the previous chapter we primarily wished to show: How the Bible's main themes are divided into the three parts of the illustrated series. That societal development and population growth have set the stage for the greatest revival in the history of the world.

In this chapter, we wish to show that despite the enormous technological developments of the 1900's, moral improvements have not kept pace. On the contrary, society demonstrates a greater self- absorption than ever before, becoming less civilized, and more animal- like.

"If we continue to live like animals, we risk also dying like animals."
